We are in Marsiliana, a very quiet village in the countryside of the Tuscan Maremma
famous for its unspoiled natural beauty. We are equipped with all the essential services
(supermarket, bank, pharmacy, restaurants,etc...) and located in a very strategic point for
visiting the most beautiful beaches of Italy (the Feniglia, just to name one) or, if you love the wellness centers,
Saturnia Spa. Our property is a cottage with all amenities (air conditioned, free wi-fi, laundry on request, etc,) where you will be always pampered and followed to give you all the advice you need to make your vacation better ... because you deserve it !!!
Around Marsiliana you can do all the activities you want to make even more enjoyable your holiday: rent bikes, hiking, kite surfing, horseback riding and for the most adventurous, even parachuting in June-September. In summer you will also have plenty of choice to eat, thanks to the numerous festivals where you can taste the gastronomic products typical of Maremma .... ah I forgot .... I am a certified yoga and pilates teacher, so if you want, you can do private lessons on request ....
We are just 10 minutes drive from the nearest beach of Argentario (the Giannella beach) but we also suggest to visit the Feniglia beach. The first one is facing Porto Santo Stefano; Feniglia overlooks Porto Ercol and is 7 km long and develops along a beautiful pine forest that you can walk on foot or by bicycle; just a few kilometers from Marsiliana we have the delightful Medieval village of Capalbio, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views across the coastline from Ansedonia to Civitavecchia. Going to Grosseto we advise you not to miss Talamone village and the Uccellina Park where you will find beaches with crystal clear and unspoiled waters ..... and if you love the wellness centers, take a leap to Saturnia spa, famous all over the world for sulfur waters and treatments made by highly qualified staff. Going inward, do not miss Pitigliano, a village standing entirely on tuff walls .... and not far away, Lake Bolsena.. Now you just have the embarrassment of choosing .... good fun !!!
